New Star Wars filter brings the L0-LA59 to life

There were also plenty of Star Wars newcomers featured in the series, including two robots who won fans’ hearts very quickly. NED-B was a loaded robot that helped Tala (Indira Varma) and The Path on their quest to hide the Jedis from the Empire and L0-LA59 AKA Lola was the trusted little robot belonging to the young Princess Leia (Vivien Lyra Blair). This week, the official Star Wars Instagram account shared a new filter that lets you have your own virtual Lola.

Star Wars wrote: “Now you can have your own L0-LA59 bot! Start using the new AR filter now (link in ObiWanKenobi bio). All episodes of #ObiWanKenobi are now streaming on DisneyPlus.” Blair commented on the post with a set of heart emojis. You can check out the video below:

During a recent interview with EWVarma revealed that she was about to play the role of Obi-Wan’s love interest.

“There were really different incarnations of the script and the story,” Varma explained. “And I think, originally, she would have taken care of love. [Deborah Chow and Joby Harold] They felt that maybe it was a little cliched with women always showing up and falling in love or whatever. Most interestingly, this is a woman with agency who will not fall at Obi-Wan’s feet.”

“We talked about several different versions of what her back story could have been,” Varma added. “They were talking about that she might have lost a child in the war and was therefore disappointed. She became an imperial officer because she thought they would do good. There were all these stories that were going on about her.”

newly, Obi-Wan Kenobi Director Deborah Chow explained why there probably won’t be another season.

“You know, we’ve always pictured this as a limited series,” Zhao explained. RadioTimes.com. “So it’s not an adventure of the week type story. It’s one big story with a beginning, middle and end. So I think this story was designed to be a stand-alone story.”

Obi-Wan Kenobi It is now streaming on Disney+.
